What is Coaching?
I stumbled into coaching the same way many of you have stumbled upon this page: I was looking for answers and guidance in my own life, as to how could I stop pretending and performing in my every day, and finally learn how live in alignment with who I really am.

I explored many types of therapy, including CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, all of which were pivotal in giving me a solid foundation upon which to build, however I wanted to not just accept my past, but to use my experiences to transform and shape my future.
As I went through the very same coaching framework I conduct with my clients, I developed a critical set of tools that would allow me to reframe limiting beliefs, relearn to trust myself and my story, and reconnect to my authentic self
