About the event
WHO IS YOUR AUTHENTIC VOICE? - AND WHAT DOES SHE HAVE TO SAY?
If you've ever feel misunderstood, unable to express yourself fully in the world, have trouble saying "no", or hold yourself back because you're afraid that what you say will be judged by others, this workshop is for you!
In a dynamic group of other strong women, we will explore 2 key topics together:
- Exploring Voice Through Play
- Finding & Using Your Authentic Voice.
All with the goal of helping you strengthen your relationship with your authentic voice.
Combining methods from Gestalt Therapy, opera vocal training, and public speaking, with meditation, movement, and story telling, you will learn how to more easily communicate your needs, set healthy boundaries, learn to speak with confidence, and be unafraid to bring your ideas into this world.
You will also connect with women from diverse backgrounds and share your experiences and challenges with using your voice.
Both German & English speakers are welcome!
